All usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. This means that there's a difference between John Smith and john smith.

Your SAPFED account is where all the non-public facing information is contained. It also provides the functionality to change your email address, password, and so on. Your SAPFED profile is displayed to the public, and can contain information (such as business description, logo, etc.) to help you stand out to anyone looking for a polygraphist in your area.
If you're not taken directly to your profile page after login, or if you've navigated away from the profile page but are still logged in, click on the 'Account' link in the top right-hand corner of any page. Select the 'View Profile' link below your profile picture.
Click on the red gear to the right of your profile name and select 'Edit Profile'. Please note that you need to be logged in before you can make any changes to your profile or account.
Your changes aren't being stored because you have not completed the required fields. Return to the 'Edit Profile' screen and select the areas where you operate under 'Business Areas'. By specifying your business area(s), you're making it easy for website visitors to locate polygraphists in their areas.
