Reflecting back on the past year, I am glad to report that SAPFED moved forward with leaps and bounds. Once again allow me the opportunity to thank all SAPFED members for the confidence placed on the SAPFED Board. Various issues had to be addressed from the word go and it is with great pride that I can report that all matters were resolved to the benefit of our members.
It is our job to always put our SAPFED members first and a lot of the work that was done is reflecting in our new Constitution. The SAPFED Constitution is our member’s guiding principle and we trust that you as members will regard it as highly as the SAPFED Board does.
I would like to wish all SAPFED members a prosperous 2017, filled with not only hard work, but fellowship with family, friends and other members of the polygraph industry. ‘UNITY IS STRENGTH’ in the polygraph industry is of utmost importance. We are moving into interesting times with the trade unions getting more and more involved and educated in polygraph. The same saying leads me to state that I believe that all examiners need to be united. As SAPFED Board we commit to strive to achieve this – but we cannot achieve this alone. Therefore I call upon each member for their assistance – I encourage you as SAPFED members to get involved, and let your voice be heard.
Advance training for 2017 is already in discussion. We are planning a very exciting and informative session and we will keep you up to date, once most of the suggestions are finalized. As mentioned in this newsletter below, your input concerning your requirements on advance training will be highly appreciated. SAPFED strives to enhance its member’s knowledge and the interest of polygraph in South Africa, so tell us what you want.
All the best for 2017 and let the truth prevail.
